Campus Expansion 

The Overlake campus continues growing in collaboration with the City of Bellevue in order to meet the community's needs. The latest project under construction is the Overlake Medical Pavilion. The nine-story building is located on 116th Ave. NE, directly across the from the main hospital entrance. Scheduled to open in the fall of 2011, the Overlake Medical Pavilion will house 190,000 square feet of medical office space for private physicians and 740 underground parking spaces.

Other recent expansion projects include the $133-million South Tower which opened in September 2007. The 200,000 square-foot tower consists of five floors with the latest in technology including a new Emergency & Trauma Center, additional operating rooms, additional private patient rooms and more parking.

The Group Health Bellevue Medical Center, located just south of the hospital campus, opened in July 2008.
