Overlake Medical Center is a 349-bed, nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services to the Puget Sound Region.

What do you mean by the “right fit?”

We believe a big part of the "right fit" is making sure that we are the "right fit" for you. It takes the right location, the right hospital, the right department, the right director/manager and the right staff.

How much will I get paid?

We believe that the most important employees are the ones already working for us and to not create disparity, our employees are paid based on their years of experience.

How can I find out the status of my application?

We encourage you to utilize our online system to monitor and manage the applications you have submitted.

Can I speak with someone?

If you have a question that cannot be answered by information on this site, we encourage you to contact the Human Resources Department at 425-688-5201. If an employment representative cannot answer your question, your call will be routed to a recruiter or other staff member who can best assist you.

If I don't have a computer, is there another way to apply for a job at Overlake?

Overlake embraces new technology and we are pleased to offer an online application and transfer process for all individuals seeking a position with us.

For applicants without computers, we offer computers in our Human Resources Department. Assistance is available upon request to anyone who may not be comfortable with or able to use a computer.

If I am having computer issues, what are some possible solutions?

The application program was made to be compatible with Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing problems during the application process and are not using Internet Explorer, try switching to Internet Explorer to see if it resolves the issue.

How long will it take before I get hired?

There is not a precise answer to this question. The recruitment staff at Overlake processes a large volume of applications and employee transfer applications each day.

Processing time for individual applications can vary due to the volume of qualified applicants for each position, screening and interview schedules, access to employment verification information, and timing of orientation schedules, just as an example. Not everyone who applies will receive a job offer.

Yes, you can search jobs without an account or profile. You can then create an account and profile for yourself once you identify a position that you’re interested in.

What if I can't find the job I'm looking for, but I know I have skills and experience you may be seeking?

You should go ahead and create an account and fill out your profile information even if you do not see a position for which you wish to apply at this time.

We frequently conduct profile searches for applicants with specialized skills and experience.
