We are excited that you will be joining the Overlake team very soon. Your recruiter has already provided you with details regarding the pre-employment requirements that MUST be completed before you attend your first scheduled orientation (New Hire Sign-Up).
As your position with Overlake is contingent upon your successful completion of these requirements, we have created this page as a tool to direct and assist you with any questions you may have.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of these requirements must be met within 48 hours of your offer or employment will be rescinded.
Before you start your career with Overlake, you will:
- Complete a urine collection drug screen screen within 48 hours of receiving your offer packet.
- Have a post-offer, pre-employment background check conducted and completed. This process will be initiated by your recruiter upon your acceptance of the employment offer. Unless contacted by the recruiter for assistance in gathering additional information needed to complete the background check, you have already complied with this step.
- Complete your electronic on-boarding/online new hire paperwork. Your recruiter has sent you these documents. If you have not received them, or are having trouble accessing them, please contact your recruiter immediately. This paperwork must be completed no later than the Wednesday prior to your Monday start date.
- Visit Overlake Employee Health. For safety and regulatory reasons, this requirements must be completed before you can attend New Hire Sign-Up and New Employee Orientation.
