**Tours are conducted at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. This tour is included in all Preparation for Childbirth and Newborn Care classes and locations (including classes at our Issaquah classroom) ** You do not need to schedule a separate tour if you are signed up for one of the childbirth sessions listed above. Selecting the place for your baby's birth is an important part of your pregnancy. We invite you to visit the Childbirth Center at Overlake and get a first-hand look at the "home-away-from-home” private birthing suites and the comfortable mother/baby rooms. The tours are conducted by Overlake's trained educators and staff, and last approximately one hour. Ample time is provided for questions.
Please include all attendee’s names on the registration form for us to get an accurate count, space is limited. Registration form allows for 2 people plus children (aged 5 and older), Please include names and ages of any children attending the tours (aged 5 and older), please list this information under the "Comment" area of the registration form. Children under the age of 5 may not attend our public tours.
If anyone is suffering from cold or flu symptoms please contact us to reschedule. Anyone (including children) that show up with cold or flu symptoms will be asked to go home. 2. Choose a Doctor for Your Baby: Before you go to the hospital, be sure to select a pediatrician or family practice doctor for your new baby. To find a pediatric or family practice physician, visit www.overlakehospital.org/findaphysician or call 425-688-5211. Be sure to bring the doctor's information with you to the hospital when you deliver.
3. Pre-register for admission: To simplify your arrival on the day of your delivery and to allow us to prepare for your stay at Overlake, please be sure to pre-register online at www.overlakehospital.org/prereg.
