Our Team
Overlake’s colorectal cancer team, made up of a variety of specialists, meets regularly to review each case to ensure patients receive the best care possible. Our clinical case multidisciplinary conference meets weekly to discuss patient care and determine the best course of treatment.
Our patient navigator, Kelly Brajcich, MSW, OSW-C, is available to guide patients and their families through treatment, and assist with accessing resources at Overlake and in the community.
Our colorectal cancer team consists of the following providers:

Colorectal cancer patients may also interact with nutritionists, rehabilitation staff, clinical trials nurses, pastoral care and volunteers at the Cancer Resource Center.
