Outpatient Center
The Outpatient Center provides customer-oriented, comprehensive services. The Outpatient Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (appointment availability varies by specialty). Our services include Diabetes Services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nutrition Services and the Anticoagulation Clinic.

Overlake's Outpatient Center is located at 1120 112th Ave NE, Suite 150, Bellevue - across I-405 from Overlake Medical Center.
Outpatient Surgery is located on the first floor of the the West Garage on the main hospital campus.
*Please note: this is a hospital-based clinic and if you are treated here you will receive a bill from Overlake Medical Center.
