At Senior Care we believe in the importance of keeping active, both physically and mentally.

Classes

We provide educational classes on a wide range of topics including health and lifestyle issues. These classes are offered at Overlake’s Education Conference Center at City University and area senior centers.

Support Groups

Support groups for families and caregivers are also offered.
