The center is staffed by a team of physicians employed by Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC, that emphasizes prevention and wellness, and are specially trained to meet the health and psychosocial needs of seniors. The core team is comprised of four geriatric physicians, a pharmacist, social worker and nurse clinical coordinator. Nutritionists and physical and occupational therapists are also located a short distance from the centers.
Open to anyone 65 and older, the center accepts Medicare and supplemental insurance.
