Classes

Our classes for expectant and new families are an extension of the family care for which Overlake is known. Often, this is the beginning of a lifelong relationship among families who attend classes together.

Childbirth, prenatal and newborn classes are taught by registered nurses and educators with specialized knowledge about pregnancy and parenting.

New mom? New Baby?

Sign up for the “You and your new Baby” class where you can get together with new moms and babies and share your experiences. Enjoy lively discussion and make friends for a lifetime.

La Leche League

Our Bellevue facility is also used by the La Leche League. Their breastfeeding support meetings are held every third Monday of the month at 7 p.m. No registration is necessary. Please contact one of the following or visit the La Leche League's Web site.

Tours

Selecting the place for your baby's birth is an important part of your pregnancy. We invite you to visit the Childbirth Center at Overlake and get a first-hand look at the "home-away-from-home” private birthing suites and the comfortable mother/baby rooms. The tours are conducted by Overlake's trained educators and staff, and last approximately one hour. Ample time is provided for questions.

The tours are scheduled to include a variety of dates and times for your convenience. To register for a tour, please call 425-688-5259 or register online.

Children under the age of 5 may not attend our public tours, but do have the opportunity to attend our Siblings Are Special class which includes a tour specially designed for little ones three-and-a half to nine.
