Classes

Our classes for expectant and new families are an extension of the family care for which Overlake is known. Often, this is the beginning of a lifelong relationship among families who attend classes together.

Childbirth, prenatal and newborn classes are taught by registered nurses and educators with specialized knowledge about pregnancy and parenting.

After Baby Comes—A Support Group

This drop in group is a perfect opportunity for new moms to come with their baby and talk about feeding, sleeping, the changing bodies of mom and baby and navigating the complexities of motherhood.

For Information or to register for a class call 425-688-5259 or register online. Classes are held in Bellevue and Issaquah in our classrooms.
