Clinic Coordinator - Issaquah Multi-Specialty Clinic

Full-Time / Day Shift

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities of the clinic. You will assist clinic leadership to ensure the goals of the clinic are met, and will serve as a resource person and problem solver for staff and providers. You will also provide back-up coverage for the front office staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred.

Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Maintain licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (i.e. MA certification, CPR, etc.)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-years experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Prior experience working in an ambulatory setting preferred.

Special Training/Skills:

  • Strong analytical and computer skills required.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work with physicians, patients, and staff.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
