Patient Dining Call Center Representative

Provide service excellence to patients by obtaining meal orders from patients and family members in an efficient and timely manner. Verifies that meal orders meet diet order parameters. Coordinates Patient Dining Center processes with Kitchen, Tray Assembly team, and Room Service Attendants/Hospitality Representatives
Part Time, 32 hours per week

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current Health Card Permit Required
One-year hospital Dining Services or Nutrition Services experience preferred. Six months receptionist or call center experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required
Strong customer service skills required.
Basic knowledge of modified diets preferred.
Prior computer experience required.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
