This was my first time seeing Dr Dhar and I appreciated the time she spent and her thoroughness

Dr. Dahr and her nurse provide the best medical care I have received in decades. She is AMAZING and I followed her here from another facility. While Valley Medical is 5 star PLUS at administration, communicating/scheduling/follow through during and after appointments and Overlake is NOT; I give Overlake 2 stars because the "administrative system" doesn't work well even though the INDIVIDUALS (like check in) are incredibly helpful and attentive. Don't blame the worker bees, the system needs help!

She listens and has such empathy!

This was my first visit to Dr Dhar, my annual and PAP. She listened intently, offered suggestions, and validated any of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable.

Test sensitivity was not explained before or after receiving results, and comment included with the test results was quick and not particularly helpful. I have expressed dissatisfaction with this particular experience directly to my provider as well.

Provider showed great care, concern, tact, and gentleness.

Overall I really appreciated the empathy and care I received in a very busy clinic.

Did not listen to my concerns or the things I wanted checked. Didn't have do to the specific thyroid labs I asked for. Only latched onto one symptom I mentioned instead of why I was actually there. Incorrectly sent over a referral and then claimed the other clinic needed more tests done even though I talked to that clinic myself on what they needed for the referral. In the end I had to find a doctor that actually listened to me.

Excellent care provided by Dr Dhar and nursing staff, she took time to listen, make recommendations, and really helped motivate me to further work on my health and fitness. Really appreciate this attention to my goals and support!

Provider had very bad bedside manner and was quite condescending. The experience did not feel like a collaboration for finding the best solution for my health but more like being talked down to it lectured. I also felt that she wasn't "hearing" what I was telling her as she rushed through the appointment. I felt like I couldn't elaborate on my questions as she dominated the conversation. It was difficult to feel cared for (and ultimately develop trust) that this provider would be in my corner if I came with any more serious concerns. She also rushed out of the room very quickly afterwards which felt a little bit rude. This is now the second experience I've had with this provider and now wish to establish care with someone else.

Visit felt a little rushed, but Dr. Dhar seems incredibly smart and focused on care and positive outcomes. I do believe I was supposed to be given a referral to a nutritionist and I'm not sure that happened

This was my first time meeting Dr. Aditi. She was personable, thoughtful and understanding of my current situation. I can tell that she carefully read my records from a different provider prior to seeing me, allowing us to have a more meaningful discussion then offered a thoughtful plan-of-action. Thank you, Dr. Aditi!

Such a great experience that I was able to get my husband to change his PCP to Dr. Dhar.

Dr. Aditi Dhar is thorough, thoughtful and caring in her approach as my GP. I highly recommend her regardless of age, gender, or issue. She's excellent overall.

Will keep coming back

It felt like the doctor was trying to pressure me into labs/tests that I know my insurance would not cover for an annual physical exam. She also was doing everything in a huge rush, which made me feel like I wasn't getting the attention or respect I deserved. She walked out of the room while I was asking my last question, and it just felt very insincere.

All my health questions were discussed

She would not listen to my health problems, refused to look at a very swollen lymph node, tried to push me to take muscle relaxants when they are not needed, only cared about my blood pressure and none of my other concerns (my blood pressure is high in clinic because of nerves but completely normal when taken at home). She also talked to me like I was a child the whole time, very condescending and required me to respond yes to her after everything she said before she would continue speaking. I had to remind her I was 27 and not a child and that did not change her terrible demeanor. I have had overlake as my clinic for years and I am highly debating never returning. I have already advised all friends and family that use overlake to never see this doctor.

Clearly didn't listen to my concerns. Only focused on one symptom I have instead of why I actually came in. Failed to tell me I actually couldn't get my blood work done at the office and I was only told when I showed up for it

She didn't listen to me. She was quick to deliver a prognoses and solutions based on her experiences that I have already tried. So I finally gave up. I left more frustrated, depressed and stressed after waiting 60 days for an appt. I recently changed from Kaiser and wished I still had as an option.

I had a wonderful experience with both Dr. Dhar's Nurse and Dr. Dhar herself. She listened carefully to my concerns and ensured that we were able to get our new patient appointment complete, with a follow-up for a new medication that she prescribed. I appreciate the time and care that Dr. Dhar and her team took with my visit.

Dr. Aditi Dhar was kind and listened intently to everything we had to say

Left very confused about my appt, what happened, I feel like Dr Dhar didnt have the time to address what I wasn't informed of my issue beforehand. She thought I was there for a physical and I thought I was too but wasnt aware I ciuld address how I was feeling and what was goibg on with me. I had questions to ask that I didnt get to ask and when I went to give a urine sample Dr Dhar left to see another patient. I did not get say goodbye, or discuss another appt to finish my questions. I dont know if the parts of the rxam she did satified my physical or just an office visit. It was quite confusing. I felt almost scolded for being there that day. I would never switch Drs, I think Dr Dhar is great, it was obvious she was given enough time to meet with me.

Love my new provider Dr. Dhar. Very thorough, I feel she really listens to my concerns and puts together easy to understand goals for me to work on until my next visit with her.

Dr Dhar was kind, considerate, knowledgeable,. I normally have bad anxiety and she and the nurse assistant both put me at ease.I will be referring her to all of my friends and family. I am not nervous about my follow up appointment in 5 weeks. She's the best!!!

This was my first visit to primary care clinic physician *Dr. Aditi Dhar. She was excellent.

My appt was before 8am and referrals were calling me to schedule by 2pm
