I liked that doctor explained what I'd feel before or as she was performing procedure and even showed me the technology being used by her & showed me what she would be inserting into my body. She loves what she does & knows I love to learn.

I have felt that the doctor has genuine concern for my well-being. Sadly, in my experience, that is rarely the case with other doctors that I have seen since I moved to Washington. I am very happy with the care I am receiving at the Overtake Clinic. Thank you!

It is hard for me to remember what happened back from my visit, but I don't remember any problems.

This was my 6 month check in and Dr Jacoby listened to my concerns (I had decided I had either/or: returning UTI or yeast infection). She asks questions and listens for my responses. I'm not always very clear, and still have a lot to learn after visiting her practice initially about a year ago. Her advice and that of her staff has helped me tremendously.

All interactions were above par!

Dr.Jacoby is a very invested care provider. I have never felt like I was going it alone. This dx is made easier because of her support and commitment.

Doctor needs to have more conversation she may be very intelligent and a very outstanding doctor but she does not talk to you and tell you what she's thinking when she's giving you something what it supposed to do. She's not rude or anything like that she just knows in her head what she's doing and she doesn't think to communicate that to you

It felt a lot like doctorsplaning. My symptoms and the way I was experiencing them was disregarded and it's all in your head' was used twice in the conversation.

Efficient but didn't feel rushedWilling to help with several concernsI have been fortunate not to deal with many health issues and have not had extensive number of dealings with the health care institutions, but this practice sets a high bar as it is managed well and treats its patients with expertise, efficiency and care. I feel very thankful for Dr. Jacoby. She listened well and gave me a lot of helpful information. She also asked about my comfort (pre and during procedure). And -- she had a great sense of humor which set me at ease.
