Literally the most heard I've felt by any health care professional, and I've been seeing a LOT of doctors. She was so understanding and thorough, encouraged a discussion where I could suggest what I wanted to do and ask questions, and originally she didn't want to switch medications (I did) but was clear that she thought we could find something better so if I did want to switch we absolutely could, so I felt very comfortable saying that. She just really seemed to get it. Also she was really empathetic about stupid insurance stuff and gave us some good advice about that.
