This appointment caused me a degree of anxiety. Dr Wall quickly made me realize he was confident & competent. It was through interview & examination.

I really liked the doctor. He was caring and open to my questions.

My time with Dr. Wall was a complete waste. I'm not upset that the recommendation is "do nothing," but I am extremely frustrated that he put zero effort into learning about my problem from my perspective during the short time we spent together. He wasn't the least bit curious. He did not ask me questions.

Doctor explained everything away, without even taking a look or checking me. Didn't order any requested imaging/tests. He tried to tell my wife that I don't need to get checked because she is most likely the problem.

Seemed there was a lack of communication at some points, but I'm very pleased with the outcome.

During the procedure, the device used to cauterize was haphazardly set down and it made contact with an area that was not numb causing excruciating pain in a very sensitive area.

The discussion that we had sounded very good but the results of the discussion that we had was very disappointing

I'd recommend this to my friends but would ask for a later in the day appointment.

The problem is the scheduling! I scheduled a cystoscopy and the scheduler just told the doctor it would be a check-up (discussion). There was nothing to discuss! I was told after my procedure a year ago that I needed to schedule a cystoscopy in about a year, I explained that to the scheduler on the phone when I made the appointment, but when I showed up it was to talk and there was nothing to talk about! Not only did they waste my time, but then I get a $159 bill for a worthless vist and their mistake! They should be paying me for wasting my time!!!

The doctor did a great job with our son, but I wish more information would have been provided. I know it's probably a very standard/easy/minor procedure to doctors, but to the sleep-deprived, postpartum hormone-filled, mother of a little newborn - it would have gone a long way to have my questions answered with a little more care and information shared. And/Or it would have been helpful to have some discharge/care instructions upon leaving so that we knew what possible complications could be and what to look for. But again, the doctor performed the procedure very well and it was evident that he was calm, collected, and knew what he was doing. We are grateful for his expertise!

Dr. Martin was very thorough in understanding the problem and very clearly walking me through the steps.

The doctor took a very thoughtful approach to the situation, spent a great deal of time doing computer research, thinking out loud, weighing the various treatment options, referring me to consultants, etc. I would have appreciated a little more opportunity to express my preferences, but perhaps we were not quite at the stage yet where we could objectively tell what the relative risks and benefits might be.
