We love Dr. Paley and Shawna Riley both! They give us as much time as we need and never rush us through. They are always honest and encouraging, and always VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! They respect our wishes and are never judgmental - they are professional and personable and we can't say enough good about them.

Dr Paley was very knowledgeable, a little frank when she responded to any of my concerns.

Dr. Paley introduced herself, she talked about how she was going to do my biopsy and what to expect while she was doing the procedure. She was very knowledgeable, talked to me so I could understand, and put me at ease because I was nervous. You are very lucky Dr. Paley to have her on your staff and so are all of her patients.

I'm just very thankful the horrible and extremely painful experierence I've endured over the pat 6 weeks lead me to Dr. Paley. Hire more women to take care of women. I'm close to Medicare age and I will be getting more of my health care at Overlake Medical Center even though I live an hour away and there are local options.

The nurses and Dr.Paley kept me informed about the procedure and that the procedure would hurt but would be short.
