Philosophy of Care

Dr. Paley has been a gynecologic cancer surgeon since 1997. She was the first gynecologic oncologist to perform robotic assisted minimally invasive gynecologic procedures in the region and has completed more robotic gynecologic cancer surgeries than any other gynecologic surgeon in the Pacific Northwest. This type of minimally invasive surgery has become the standard of care for many complex gynecologic conditions as it speeds recovery, allowing women to get back to their lives more quickly with fewer side effects.

Get to Know Me

I strive to provide exceptional, evidence-based cutting edge, holistic care to women with or at risk for gynecologic cancers, and to do so with a compassionate and caring approach. I enjoy the long-term partnerships made with my patients and consider myself privileged to help women confronted with cancer or other complex gynecologic issues. As a gynecologic cancer surgeon, I have a critical responsibility to get to know my patients and their families to best educate them about the challenges they may face, but also provide reassurance that whatever treatment options they choose, I will be there to support them.
