The clinic is in-network clinic. But the test lab you chose is out-of-network. As a result, we received a large bill and had to spend more time and effort to solve this problem

Because of the experience of visiting the clinic I will not recommend it.

Once test results came out , timely recommendations via portal . I appreciate the quick follow up and the plan to solve the issue

My cholesterol result turns up to be high and I asked if I need to take medicine or not. The doctor didn't get back to me but other doctor replied to me. It would be good to have the doctor that I visited reply to my inquiry as well.

Dr. Hirokawa has a great mind and a good heart. She analyzes data quickly and discusses recommendations consultatively.

Not acting like a PCP. Interested in sending me to specialties vs finding out how am I doing. Should have cared about my overall well being. More interested in what the chart had to say about me.

Doctor is super nice and caring about our health and the best of her that she is so careful to give patient with medication which will create a bad side effect to patient's health.
