Dr Koch helped me while Dr. Taravati was out. She was great and I'd be happy to get care from either doctor, both are great options.

Dr Koch even called me one evening after I had emailed a concern. Her responsiveness and reassurance that night (and in general) has been a huge help to me continuing to work at my recovery.

I saw this provider when mine was on maternity leave. I did not find her kind or welcoming. She also left me with bruises and bleeding from the injections, whereas my normal provider never does.

The neurologist who cared for me was PHENOMENAL. She is not my normal neuro, just was the one who I could get in with that day given the urgency of the appt, but she spoke to me with kindness and respect, believed me when I told her what I was experiencing, did the nerve block injections the way that I was hoping to have them done (how I'd gotten relief before), made me feel totally included in our plan that we made together, ensured I had everything I needed, and even got me a glass of water so I could have a couple of minutes to collect myself and feel good before getting up to leave after having nerve block injections in my back of my head. This clinic is a godsend in a world of so many rude, unhelpful, and uncaring neurologists and neurology practices. Whenever I have had issues, I am treated with respect and given options to treat the issue and avoid the ER at all costs - this is such a blessing and such a difference compared to my previous decade of experiences with many other neurologists and clinics.

As I am getting older and that is why I went for this appointment, I was acknowledged very well and told that they will help me as they continue the process.

I hope that the care providers would consider the patient's problem and not brush it off(some do and don't listen to their patients concerns).

The doctor neurologist Koch is a very wonderful doctor. She is always kind and concerned about my healthcare.

I was attended by two specialists. They were each professional and took time to ensure I understood what was happening. They answered my questions and made me comfortable. It was one of the best experiences I've had while undergoing a medical procedure. They were a credit to your organization.

Dr Koch was very informational about my head injuries the different ways that we will approach relieving my pain and long-term care, very informative about the medications I will be taking and informing me of any side effects to pay attention to so that if needed we can change medication. Also it seemed as she was there just for me, took ample amount of time to describe things to me as I was sort of confused still from my head injury. She was very patient and as soon as we started talking I felt confident and relieved that she was going to handle business and get me back on track.

I was a bit concerned when the doctor thought I was there for a memory issue, when it was supposed to be to get a nerve conduction test. It also surprised me that this appointment was only for a consult to see if I needed this test! I was referred for the test by my surgeon who needed it for surgery. Now I have to come back for another appointment. There also was mention of whether this came from my neck which has never been discussed by my doctor, so dont know where that interpretation came from.
