Would have like better discussion of follow up and return appointments.

The Dr was understanding and caring and understood what I was needing

Dr. Nair was very easy to talk to and has a very friendly and professional bedside manner. She listened to me, addressed my concerns and referred me to a specialist to make sure nothing was being missed which I greatly appreciated.

I felt sincere care and empathy. I wasn't rushed but was listened to. She was very kind.

Dr. Nair is always patient and listens to me during my appointments. I feel like my input matters.

For the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment, I expected this appointment to be thoroughly detailed. She didn't look at the patient history I completed, she didn't delve deeper into areas I mentioned were of concern to me. I had lab work done and over a week later still have not heard from the doctor to discuss.

The communication has been bad during these last few visit. There are some new test that need to be done and I only saw it through the portal that the doctor ordered a new test. No email or phone call explaining what the plans are. I had to schedule a different appointment just to follow up and yet, not much explanation.

Dr Nair is easy going, knowledgeable and super friendly.

I do not feel the doctor was at all empathetic, interested, or cared about my concerns.

Doctor seems very busy not much time for issues.

I've been a patient of Dr. Nair for several year and her engagement as a medical provider has significantly declined. Her approach seems to be more of a "check-the-box" appointment vs engaging in a discussion regarding my overall health and conditions.

I asked cardiologist referral as my dad had heart disease. She said I didn't need one. Never asked if I had any other problems or concerns.

I didn't feel heard, seen, or cared for. I cannot see how I would get good care from her.

The provider does care about me as a patient. I never had an incomplete physical until a wrongly chose to visit your clinic. Also there was no follow up at all despite most of the results were out of range. You don't care about patients but you do care about money. It's shame to ignore the alphabet of doctor's duty.

I must've been the last patient of the day as the doctor seemed rushed to get through the appointment and have me leave. Overall, being in a doctor's office is quite a vulnerable position to be in and it is disheartening when it doesn't feel like you're being listened to.

I have not heard from care provider anything about my test results which were posted 5 business days ago. I even sent them a message today via MyChart but no response. I am left wondering what to make of my test results without any word from PCP on diagnosis and next steps

I was very disappointed on this visit. My Dr. Leonel was not at the clinics. In order to get an early diagnosis, I saw Dr. Tara.

I don't think my constant pain was really acknowledged. I am limited In what I can take to relieve back, hip and knee pain and I know that but I didn't feel heard. I have never complained before but I think everyone is overworked and thus forgetful.

Someone whose focus is health

I prefer to be translated by another interpreter as she is not sensitive enough and do not feed comfortable around her.

I asked prior to my visit about having a papsmear because I have the notification for being due and personally like to do them more frequently than the current guideline suggests. Dr. Told me that they do more harm than good and we shouldn't but I was already naked on the table and my insurance covers it I don't know why she wouldn't do the test if the patient is requesting it. Everything else she helped me with was great but this left me feeling ignored by a medical professional which has happened too often to count for myself.

I have already recommended Dr Nair to several friends. She is invariably kind, thoughtful, and focused on me during our appointments, and her goal is always my actual health and well-being. Dr Nair is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down

Making an appointment, 4 to 6 weeks. Ugh.

Blood tests asked for weren't discussed with me before they happened. I also have no idea on next steps or what will happen if the tests come back clear.

I would absolutely recommend my doctor.

She took the time to listen/advise me until my list of questions were all addressed.

There really were no concerns she needed to address - this was a well-check appt.
