Healthgrades’ online resources offer consumers impartial data upon which to base their health care decisions.
“To receive distinctions in all of these specialties reflects the dedication and engagement of the entire Overlake team,” said Overlake Chief Medical Officer David Knoepfler, MD. “We work hard every day to deliver the safest and highest quality care. Healthcare delivery is a team sport and every member of the team, whether they are at the bedside or a support role, is vital in meeting our commitment to our patients and community.”
Overlake being named among America’s 100 Best Hospitals for total joint replacement, which includes hip and knee replacements, validates its highly choreographed, team-based efforts in the highly complex joint replacement process. “The singular focus of our clinicians and support staff is getting our patients back to their desired activities and improved functional status,” said total joint surgeon and Overlake Chief of Medical Staff Thomas Stoll, MD. “This reinforces our ongoing efforts to optimize infection prevention, customize rehabilitation, manage other medical issues around the time of surgery while also committing to patient education.”
