Philosophy of Care

I find the most success in treating the “whole person” rather than a specific condition. My favorite part of my job is being able to empower patients through education and motivation. I enjoy using a variety of manual therapy and exercise techniques to help my patients improve function and reach individual goals.

On my days off, you can find me outside—hiking, biking, running, skiing, camping. I love exploring new places with my husband and dog.
