The Nurse Practitioner who first saw me was excellent. The Doctor on the other hand was a bit abrupt. Perhaps because he did not have enough Information about what my condition was.

I like Dr. Pham and trust him but because he failed to give me critical information about my surgery during hospital discharge I had incorrect expectations for recovery. I am now 15 weeks into a 4 week recovery, but now I understand that my 4 week recovery could not start until part of my bladder healed/regrew. None of the visits or communication with the PA disclosed the missing information, instead I was given three different prescriptions to control the operation of tissue that had been removed during the surgery and of course they were ineffective.

I already have recommended Dr. Pham to a business partner of mine.

Dr. Pham is a great doctor; and takes time to understand the patient and address their needs.

First visit with Dr. Pham. He performed the exam and we discussed my problem and he understood and explained the options based on my concerns. I was able to make a follow-up appt at the front desk for a day/time that works for me.
