When seeing a provider in Issaquah before, they allowed blood tests to be taken up to a week before a physical. I can't believe that is not allowed anymore for returning patients. That way changes in medications can be discussed during the physical and not through the portal, later.

Had not seen this MD before. She did not check my feet- standard care for diabetics. And even though I told her I was on losartan for kidney protection, NOT htn, she still added htn to my problem list.

Highly recommend and always recommend Dr. Mandala to all of my friends. Excellent Doctor.

Doctor wants me to see an Endocrinologist but I do not know what symptoms I have to warrant this.

Dr.Mandala is always very calm and patiently listens to what concerns I had and explained each of them taking time. This is the 6th year I am seeing her and she has been the same from the beginning.

Dr. Mandala is the best doctor I've ever been to. Is she takes time with you, If she's behind, you would never know it because she always takes the needed time, she explains in detail and listens to your concerns and addresses them.

Dr Mandala provided great discussion about medication management, including reasons for her best recommendation... We agreed and that is what I am doing.

Only thing was the Pap smear , at first dr said she would try but if it doesn't then I need to see OB . But eventually it didn't work dr stated the OB use smaller tool . Only frustration is if I'm scheduling my appt with my primary and using my ins then why wouldn't primary dr office carry's the smaller tool so people don't have to make 2 different appointments and 2 different ins co-pays. Also appointment seemed rushed. So now I have to schedule separate appt with OB just for that .

My experiences with Dr. Mandala have all been excellent. She addresses my questions well and has referred me to a good specialist whenever there is need. This time her preventative screening identified some issues for further testing - I appreciate that she pays enough attention that if a problem arose she'd be likely to catch it early.
