My doctor is very sweet and nice. I requested a blood draw & was asked what I wanted to be tested for. In the past I used to get a message from my provider that I should remember to do my bloodwork. Now I have to research to know what kind of blood draw I need.

Comparing to previous physician I saw at Overlake Clinic this was a much shorter visit.

I was overly concerned about the wound I had as it required a urgent care visit, I have never been to urgent care. I was traveling soon....extra precautions were explained and I felt more at ease about leaving home.

Dr Kauffman takes the time to go over your current health and needs. She is a very good listener and explains her reasoning for care. I have recommended someone but they were told she wasn't seeing new patients. I completely trust Dr Kauffman and if asked would always suggest seeing her. Have been Dr. Kauffman's patient for 9 years. She has always addressed very quickly all my problems and been very thorough trying to find a root cause of the issue.

Excellent discussion and learning opportunity regarding what to watch for as I age.

Beside bringing up issues that I have concern about during the appointment, I can usually send my primary care provider e-mails in other times even without appointments and get timely replies from her.
