I am very glad Dr. Akansanya is my PCP. He listens to my concerns and works with me to find answers and the best treatment options. I frly veey supported by him.

My PCP is a well experienced doctor and I appreciate all he does to try and help me with my health. I need more support since my medical conditions are concerning.

Doctor was excellent

I did not connect with or feel comfortable with the doctor or really the recommendation for further tests. His "bedside manner" wasn't good. Very different than my primary care doctor, who unfortunately was unavailable. I Prefer not to see that provider again if I have another option.

I always feel like I have a partner in my healthcare whenever I work with Dr. Akinsanya. He applies the perfect level of professionalism and kinship!

As I recently moved to the area this was first visit to Overlake I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr Akinsanya was fantastic! He was ver professional and listened more than he talked. His demeanor and true interest to get the right course of treatment for me was refreshing. He was on schedule and spent the necessary time to discuss my concerns without my feeling rushed.

Getting better the more we meet for appointments..

Dr. Akinsanya is the best primary I have encountered in my 85 yrs. of having care for maladies. He is the most caring intelligent decisive primary I have had. I hope he will be my primary as long as possible.

I really like Dr. Akinsanya. He is always so friendly and kind and really listens to what I have to say.

Sometimes the doctors won't recognize the severity of my pain or sickness. I wouldn't go to the doctor if I didn't need help.

Problem is the doctor took ages to visit me, and when I checked where he was, he was checking his email on his smartphone.

While we discussed my medications in detail, doctor denied request for renewed prescriptions 5-8 weeks after visit without providing rationale for denial

I had to solicitate the provider to complete the visit, since he was spending time on his smartphone and I was waiting more than 10 minutes since the nurse completed her part of the visit.

Dr Akinsanya is an outstanding doctor. I have seen him twice. He came into both scheduled appointments, knowing my medical history. He recommended further tests and procedures to rule out additional medical complications. He took the time to listen to my concerns. I was able to make a future appointment with him, without having to wait for months to see him again. After the appointments I had with Dr. Akinsanya I made the decisions to have him as my primary care physician.

He was amazing! Very caring - very knowledgeable.
