      Dr. Nguyen was extremely thorough. He reviewed all my labs, other tests prior to walking in my room. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my health.

      Dr. Nguyen is the first doctor I've ever had to show such care and spend so much time with me. He's gone to great lengths to explain and collaborate with me (and other providers) on my care plan. I'm so grateful for him!

      I didnt feel like he understood why I was there. He didnt adequately explain why I wouldn't be receiving help. And he tried to convince me that im two inches shorter than I am. Thats really weird.

      Dr. runs late all the time. Not sure if they are scheduling too many patients at the same time or if he has conflicts with his time. I always wait 45+ minutes on the doctor.

      He didnt aeem to take the time to listen to why I was there or discuss other treatment options. He said he only did one thing and I didnt qualify for that procedure. I wasnt there inquiring about that procedure. Then after telling me he wouldnt treat me, he ordered labs, which makes no sense

      Dr Nguyen is not only an excellent surgeon: he is also a wonderful human being who cares for his patients and their wellbeing. I was able to make direct contact with him and immediately get the answers to the questions I had . He scheduled my needed surgery without delay and made me feel like I was his only patient.
