Brian Kirk

Brian Kirk joined Overlake Medical Center & Clinics as chief financial officer (CFO) in June 2026.

Brian brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in finance, operations and physician practice management. Throughout his career, he has helped hospitals and health systems strengthen financial performance, improve operations and support long-term growth. 

He is deeply committed to financial stewardship as a foundation for exceptional patient care, investment in people and the long-term sustainability of healthcare organizations.

Most recently, Brian served as interim CFO at Alaska Native Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center. He has also held CFO and senior leadership roles across the country in academic medical centers, large regional health systems and rural hospitals.

Brian earned his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
