About Me
Mike Mullins, FACHE, brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration across a wide variety of settings.
Most recently, he served as interim chief operating officer (COO) for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, LA, and as interim vice president of operations for Community Health System’s Commonwealth Health Market in Wilkes-Barre and Scranton, PA. His background also includes numerous COO, chief executive officer and president roles at health systems across the country.
A retired captain in the U.S. Medical Service Corps, Mike served 32 years in the U.S. Armed Forces Reserves—including 27 years as a commissioned officer in the Navy Reserves with multiple active-duty deployments.
He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Texas at El Paso.
In his current role, Mike oversees and collaborates with clinical operations teams to drive operational excellence across our hospital and clinic network.
