Lung Map Study

Objective

Phase II/III biomarker-driven master protocol for second line therapy of Squamous Cell Lung Cancer. "Lung-Map" is short for "lung cancer master protocol." The purpose of the Lung-Map Study is to compare the effects, good and bad, of investgational drugs targeted at specific genetic changes found in a patient's lung cancer tumor to the usual approach for treating this type of tumor. To be better than the usual treatment, a study drug should lengthen the average time to cancer worsening by more than a month.
