Philosophy of Care

I value providing quality, individualized care to each person, treating them with respect, humility, honesty and love. I strive to bring cultural awareness and empathy into every encounter, and create a safe space, where a person can feel comfortable discussing any concern with me. I value empowering my patients to take an active role in their own healthcare and help them make the best informed medical decisions.

Get to Know Me

I have lived in various cultural settings including South Korea, the Philippines and Rwanda before ending up in Washington. Traveling and learning about different cultures is very enriching. When I am not traveling, I enjoy painting landscapes of beautiful places I have visited (unfortunately, I’m no Bob Ross), hiking and camping with my dog Chai (yes, I love Chai tea), trying new restaurants and bakeries around town, and playing board games with family and friends.
