Overlake Names Midori Larrabee, MD, FACP, as CMO and VP of Quality and Medical Affairs
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is pleased to share that Midori Larrabee, MD, FACP, has been appointed chief medical officer (CMO) and vice president of quality and medical affairs, effective June 15, 2026.
Dr. Larrabee brings more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience to the role, including a strong track record advancing quality, safety and physician engagement. She first joined Overlake in 2012 as a hospitalist. In 2016, she moved to EvergreenHealth Monroe, where she held multiple leadership positions, including chief medical and quality officer from 2018 to 2021. She returned to Overlake in 2021 as a hospitalist and has since served in several key medical staff leadership roles, including assistant chair of medicine and chair of the Peer Review Committee. In 2025, she served as Overlake’s medical director of Quality and Safety.
In her new role, Dr. Larrabee will lead the organization’s quality improvement strategy and drive efforts to enhance clinical performance and patient outcomes across the medical center. She will oversee the departments of Quality and Safety, Regulatory, Infection Prevention, Employee Health and the Medical Staff Office, along with several hospital medical director roles. She will also guide efforts to optimize systems, organizational structures and resources to support continuous improvement in quality and safety.
