Overnight Road Work May Delay Hospital Access (May 11 –13)
The City of Bellevue will complete road resurfacing on 116th Ave NE next to Overlake’s main campus Monday–Wednesday, May 11 –13. Work will take place overnight and may temporarily affect how patients and visitors enter and exit campus.
Please refer to the map below for recommended routes and entrance access during construction.
What to Expect
Work will occur overnight from 8 pm to 6 am on 116th Ave NE.
Campus Access
- Emergency Room (ER) Entrance on NE 10th St.
- Open at all times.
- Brief delays possible when turning onto NE 10th from 116th during active work hours.
- Travelers are recommended to avoid 116th, if possible, and access the ER entrance from NE 10th.
- North Entrance
- Open at all times.
- Short delays (up to about 5 minutes) may occur during construction.
- Provides access to the Emergency Room parking garage (Garage 1) - recommended option if approaching from the north.
- South Entrance
- Temporarily closed during active work.
- Please follow posted detours and use alternate entrances shown on the map
Traffic & Transit Impacts
- Nearby bus stops may be closed during overnight work hours.
- Flaggers and uniformed officers will be on site to guide traffic and assist pedestrians.
- Please allow extra travel time and follow all posted signage.
