Important Update: New No-Show/Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to every patient who walks through our doors. In order to better serve our community and ensure that more patients have access to our providers when they need them, we have a new no-show and late cancellation policy at our primary care clinics.
What’s Changing?
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $75 fee. Note, this fee is not covered by your insurance.
Further, if you fail to show for an appointment three times, you may be formally dismissed from our clinic.
Why This Policy?
Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for other patients to access care when they need it most. By implementing this policy, we hope to reduce appointment wait times and improve our providers’ availability.
We Understand Life Happens
We know that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you believe you were unable to attend your appointment due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our office.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
You may cancel your appointment via MyChart or call us at 425-635-6350 at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid the fee.
