Vaccine Scheduling Notice
Vaccination Clinic Transition
Overlake is in the process of transitioning its vaccination clinic operations to the King County Vaccination Partnership – Redmond site.
At this time, scheduled first and second doses are being administered at different locations, by appointment only.
- First dose appointments: King County Vaccination Partnership – Redmond site.
- Second dose appointments: Overlake COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, located on the Overlake Medical Center campus.
All First Dose Vaccine Appointments Have Been Automatically Rescheduled
Washington state public health authorities have advised vaccine administration sites to prioritize those in need of their second dose. As a result, we have rescheduled all first dose appointments.
You do not need to take any action. If you are affected, you will automatically receive a notification of this change. A new confirmation will be provided via e-mail from a scheduling system. Please monitor your email messages for this information, including your junk email folder.
If the new scheduled time does not meet your needs, please continue to check the Department of Health/findyourphasewa.org for other appointment options.
We have no additional information at this time. Please do not call the main hospital or clinic phone lines for vaccine appointments or questions; these numbers must be kept clear for main hospital/clinic operations. We appreciate your understanding.
Second Dose Appointments
At its on-campus clinic, Overlake is only administering second-doses. Second dose administration on the Overlake campus will take place through the end of February.
First Dose Recipients Without a Second Dose Appointment
Overlake has actively reached out via email and phone to assist patients whose records indicated that they already received their first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine at Overlake and need to schedule their second dose appointment.
If you have already received your first dose at Overlake, and are still in need of a second dose appointment, please call our COVID-19 vaccination resource line at (425) 467-3614.
