When we think of habits, we tend to think of bad ones—eating junk food, drinking in excess, going to bed too late. Not all habits are bad, however. In fact, you can turn your bad habits into good ones by altering your routine.
On July 16, the mental health equivalent of 911 launched across the United States. You can now call or text 988 to be connected to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL). This service is confidential, free and available 24/7 for Americans dealing with mental health emergencies.
