Sammamish Primary and OB/Gyn Care

Your health is important, and your life is busy. That’s why our primary care is here to offer you both convenience and excellence. At our Sammamish primary care clinic, we offer internal medicine and family medicine. We also offer Ob/Gyn care on Mondays and Tuesdays by Laura Zaccari PA-C from Overlake Clinics Bellegrove OB/Gyn. 

You’ll find our clinics throughout the Eastside, close to where you live and work. Timing is important, too. We offer same-day and next-day appointments when you have more urgent needs. You can schedule your appointment by phone or online. Overlake Clinics also provide virtual visits with your primary care provider.

To add even more convenience, most of our primary care clinics offer laboratories and X-ray on site. Many are also adjacent to urgent care for those times you need to see someone immediately or later in the evening.

And to make sure nothing gets missed, your medical records are completely connected to our urgent care, hospital and emergency room, so you can move through our system easily. Through MyChart, you’ll also be able to request appointments, check your test and lab results, and send messages to your provider.

Important Update: New No-Show/Appointment Cancellation Policy 

Our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to every patient who walks through our doors. In order to better serve our community and ensure that more patients have access to our providers when they need them, we have a new no-show and late cancellation policy at our primary care clinics. 

What’s Changing? 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $75 fee. Note, this fee is not covered by your insurance.  

Further, if you fail to show for an appointment three times, you may be formally dismissed from our clinic.

Parking

To access the clinic from 228th Ave SE, drive up the hill on SE 4th St. Turn in to the Sammamish Village entrance (you will see Zeek's Pizza on your right). Proceed straight past the surface level parking lot and turn right in to the parking garage on the Green Level at Sammamish Village.
