KING TV's Jake Whittenberg interviewed Dr. Eric Shipley, medical director of the emergency department, about the first few weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic response at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics.

From the article: "The initial tsunami came, and we kept looking for that next wave. And we keep looking each day. But each day you don’t see it," he (Shipley) said. "Three to four weeks ago I was 'cautiously optimistic.' Today, I am much more optimistic."
