We are pleased to share that Becker’s Hospital Review named Overlake President & CEO Jon Duarte on its 2025 list of “Community hospital CEOs to know.”

“Community hospital CEOs play a pivotal role in shaping the future of local healthcare by developing and executing strategic plans that elevate patient care, expand services and enhance hospital facilities," states Becker's in a news release. "In close collaboration with their leadership teams, they actively engage with the communities they serve, ensuring hospital offerings are tailored to local needs."

Duarte was named president and CEO of Overlake and CEO of MultiCare Health System’s new North Puget Sound region in Jan. 2025 after more than a decade spent overseeing Overlake’s partnership and specialty programs.
