Paperless Billing Starting Jan. 2024 for All MyChart Users

In an effort to deliver a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view your bills, all Overlake Medical Center & Clinics patients with MyChart accounts will be opted-in to paperless billing starting Jan. 2024. This means that you will no longer receive billing statements via standard USPS mail.

When new bills are available to view, we will send you an electronic notification through your MyChart mobile app and through the email that is associated with your MyChart account.
