Overlake Appoints Kari Rallo as Chief Development Officer of the Overlake Foundation

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is pleased to announce the appointment of Kari Rallo as chief development officer of the Overlake Foundation/vice president of philanthropy of Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, effective Aug. 31, 2026.

Rallo will oversee the Overlake Foundation – the nonprofit organization that raises funds to support Overlake’s vital programs to ensure that we meet the health and wellness needs of our growing Eastside community. Rallo succeeds Molly Stearns, who has retired after 16 years as Overlake’s chief development officer.

Rallo brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience to Overlake. She joins Overlake from Seattle Children's Foundation, where she has served for 14 years, most recently as vice president of development and deputy chief development officer. Earlier in her career, she held development leadership roles with Wesley Homes Foundation and Pacific Lutheran University, among others.

Rallo holds a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in social work and sociology from Pacific Lutheran University.
