Seattle Magazine’s Top Doctors 2020 list honors 52 Overlake medical staff
April 23, 2020
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is proud to announce 52 members of our medical staff have been selected for “Top Doctors 2020” recognition by Seattle Magazine. The list, published in the April 2020 issue, includes only physicians who have been nominated by their peers; they do not and cannot pay to be selected and profiled as a Top Doctor.
“Congratulations to the Overlake providers who have been honored with this distinction,” said Overlake Chief Executive Officer Michael Marsh. “This recognition is a testament to their enduring commitment to delivering high quality, safe care to every patient.”
Seattle Magazine has collected Top Doctor nominations for the past 20 years. “Having a doctor who instills confidence and trust may be just one measure in striving for whole-body wellness, but it’s perhaps the most important one. Let this list serve as a guide in bringing you one step closer to this year’s health goals,” Danielle Hayden explains on Seattle Magazine’s website.
Seattle Magazine partnered with Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a healthcare research and information company, to issue this list. It is considered the official source for Top Doctors nationwide, according to their website. Castle Connolly was founded in 1991 to help guide consumers to America’s top doctors and top hospitals. They have garnered 6,100 nominations from more than 669 physicians in the Seattle metro area. Seattle Magazine’s editors describe the publication as the “owner’s manual” for active, urban-minded people.
