Overlake Medical Center & Clinics acquires Washington Urology Associates

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics today announced the acquisition of Washington Urology Associates. This acquisition will expand Overlake’s scope of care for urology and urogynecology patients.

For many years, Washington Urology Associates has provided excellent and dedicated subspecialty urologic care to the East Puget Sound community. With Overlake’s acquisition of Washington Urology Associates, the joint goals of both organizations will be realized in providing high-quality, cutting-edge and comprehensive care to the Eastside community.

“We are excited to welcome Washington Urology into our dynamic and growing medical group,” says Kelan Koenig, MD, chief physician executive at Overlake Clinics. “This highly regarded group of urological specialists expands the scope of services we provide for our patients and advances our goal of providing integrated and comprehensive care for our community.”

“Joining Overlake will allow us to better collaborate with its existing network of providers as well as offer our patients the abundance of resources and services that exist at Overlake,” says Khanh Pham, MD, medical director of Overlake Clinics – Urology. “This includes pelvic physical therapy and cancer survivorship services and the ability to provide comprehensive programs for women’s and men’s health.”

The clinics will now be known as Overlake Clinics – Urology and will be providing care at three locations in Bellevue, Issaquah and Kirkland, and will include eight providers:
