Overlake Medical Center & Clinics’ 2026 Bandage Ball Raises Record $2.1 Million
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics’ 2026 Bandage Ball gala and auction, held May 9, raised a record-breaking $2.1 million to advance exceptional, innovative healthcare across the Eastside and North Puget Sound region.
More than 500 guests gathered at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue for the health system’s signature fundraising event, demonstrating the community’s enduring commitment to Overlake’s mission, Compassionate care for every life we touch.
“We are deeply honored and inspired by our community’s extraordinary generosity,” said Jon Duarte, president and CEO of Overlake Medical Center & Clinics. “These contributions fuel the teamwork and innovation that make exceptional care possible — bringing together physicians, nurses, clinicians and support teams to deliver the very best outcomes for our patients. We are profoundly grateful for the trust and partnership of our community.”
From its beginnings in 1960 to support Overlake’s opening, Bandage Ball has grown to become a highly anticipated annual tradition, bringing together dedicated supporters and new friends to cultivate innovative healthcare close to home.
This year’s theme, ‘Grow with Us – 65 Years Strong,’ celebrates not only our history, but the partnerships and collaboration that power everything we do,” said Molly Stearns, chief development officer at Overlake. “Exceptional healthcare is a team effort — from our caregivers to our donors, volunteers and community partners. This kind of support has been part of Overlake since the very beginning, and it’s what continues to move us forward.”
The evening included a festive reception, live and online auctions and an inspiring program highlighting how community philanthropy supports the team-based, expert, compassionate care patients need at every stage of their health journey.
