Steps to Set up Monthly Concierge Care Membership Fee Payments
If you want to set up automatic monthly payments with a credit card or direct pay from your bank account:
- Log into MyChart.
- Click Billing under the main menu.
- Click Manage payment methods button associated to the guarantor account you want to pay towards. Note that the guarantor number associated with the Concierge Care membership will begins with “7.”
If you do not want automatic recurring payments and want to pay one time via MyChart:
- Log into MyChart.
- Click Billing under the main menu.
- Click Pay Now button associated to the selected guarantor account. (The guarantor account associated with the Concierge Care membership fee will have a number that starts with “7”).
If you want to pay via eCheck for the new monthly payments:
- Log into MyChart.
- Click Billing under the main menu
- The new concierge guarantor account number will start with “7”
- Call the billing support office at 425-688-5124 if you are not able to locate the concierge guarantor account number in MyChart.
- Call your bank to set up the monthly payments and provide them with the new guarantor number.
If you are sending in a check:
- Mail in one check for EACH billing statement received from the concierge clinic, after Oct. 1, 2025.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you have more than one concierge member in the household, please submit one check for each billing statement.
- Paying multiple membership fees or balances across different accounts with one check will cause delays or errors in the processing of the payments.
