Frequently Asked Questions
What is concierge care?
Concierge care is an innovative model that offers a higher level of personalized care that puts the patient at the center of the healthcare experience by limiting the total number of patients in your physician’s panel. A low patient-to-doctor ratio ensures you will experience conveniences such as shorter wait times, same-day or next-day appointments, and 24/7 direct communication with your physician team via after hours paging, MyChart messages or phone calls. You can also expect to spend more time with your physician during each office visit. This model allows the physician to know the patient extremely well and to deliver the highest levels of personalized care.
What is the fee structure?

- Individual: $150/month ($1,800/year).
- Couple or individual with immediate family member: $250/month ($3,000/year).
