To schedule an imaging exam, call our centralized scheduling department (425) 688-5700 and fax your order form to (425) 688-5710. Walk-ins are welcome for exams that do not require preparation procedures (prior authorization is required for some exams). 

To obtain a CD of your medical images taken at Overlake, please call (425) 688-5564 and select option 2 from the menu.
