Overlake Opens Redmond Primary Care Clinic at Redmond Town Center

Bellevue, Wash. – Overlake Medical Center will add an additional primary care clinic to its network of expanding clinics on the Eastside. The brand new Overlake Clinics - Redmond location will open on March 19, 2012, at Redmond Town Center. The clinic will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

“Overlake Medical Clinics are neighborhood clinics providing Eastside residents with better access to convenient and cost-effective medical care,” said Alan Ertle, MD, MPH, MBA, Overlake’s chief medical officer and vice president of network development. “Each clinic is connected to our hospital’s acute care, emergency services, outpatient imaging, lab and affiliated specialist physicians, offering patients a full spectrum of medical services.”

The primary focus of the Overlake Clinics network, including the Redmond location, is to promote health and wellness. Over the past two years, Overlake has focused on adding new primary and urgent care clinics as well as expanding its physician network to better serve patients in convenient locations close to work and home. Each clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and is designed to provide patients a comfortable healing environment, same-day appointments and short wait times.

The Redmond Primary Care Clinic will be Overlake’s eighth primary care clinic on the Eastside. The other seven clinics are scattered across Bellevue, Kirkland and Issaquah—with Urgent Care also available in Redmond at Creekside Crossing Shopping Center, just off State Route 520. Redmond Urgent Care is open seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and offers on-site imaging services (CT, X-ray and ultrasound).
