Resolving Concerns
Patient care, safety and service are Overlake's priorities for achieving our mission of compassionate care for every life we touch. With any compliments or complaints about your care, you may ask to speak with the manager or director of the unit, department, or clinic where you are receiving care.
If you have any concerns about your care, please talk with your care providers and/or the manager of the department or clinic providing your care. All concerns are taken seriously. We will review your comments and take steps to resolve the issue.
If you feel your concerns have not been resolved, please contact the appropriate Overlake department or clinic below:

(Overlake will not penalize or retaliate against patients in any way for filing a complaint.)

You may also contact the The Joint Commission online (select the "Report a Safety Concern" option) or by phone at (800) 994-6610 to report any concerns or register complaints.
