Dino Johnson

Dino Johnson joins Overlake with more than two decades of leadership experience in hospital and clinical operations.

With a background that spans operations, nursing, emergency services and enterprise-wide quality improvement, Dino brings recognized strengths in patient-centered care, staff engagement, resource stewardship and process improvement, including formal training in the Toyota Production System in Japan.

As Overlake’s chief operating officer, Dino oversees the clinical, financial and operational strategies that support our mission and strengthen care delivery across both the hospital and Overlake Clinics.

Prior to joining Overlake, Dino served as president of St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor and has served as interim president of St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, where he led both organizations through periods of significant growth and transition while sustaining strong operational and quality performance.
