David Winokur

David Winokur joined Overlake in 2014. Prior to being named chief administrative officer, Winokur served as Overlake's medical imaging and cardiovascular service line director and medical imaging and invasive cardiology director.

Winokur is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement from Villanova University.

Before joining Overlake, Winokur held several leadership roles with Sentara Healthcare, including director of radiology and ambulatory care services and director of patient access and patient relations.

Winokur holds a master's degree in public administration, public health from Virginia Tech and a bachelor's degree in pre-law studies from the University of Connecticut.
